Bibimbap means “mixed rice” – a colorful bowl of warm white rice topped with seasoned vegetables like spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms, zucchini, marinated bulgogi beef, a sunny-side-up fried egg in the center, and a spoonful of spicy gochujang sauce. Everything is mixed together before eating. It’s healthy, vibrant, and very popular in Korean restaurants across America.
